As the agency continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take ownership of structured, high-quality social media delivery across key client accounts.
The Role
This is a broad senior delivery role within the agency, focused on managing social media campaigns, coordinating content production, and ensuring client work is delivered to a consistently high standard.
You will work directly with the Directors to ensure client campaigns are well organised, professionally delivered, and aligned with wider marketing objectives.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, and managing multiple moving parts across different client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Campaign Delivery
• Plan and oversee organic social media campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and maintain a high standard of quality
Campaign Coordination
• Organise content production and approval processes
• Maintain clear timelines across campaigns and projects
• Ensure content and campaigns move efficiently from planning to execution
Client Account Support
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication

• Support corporate and regulated client accounts with structured content delivery
• Ensure client expectations and deliverables are consistently met
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with the Directors on campaign priorities and client delivery
• Support junior team members where appropriate
• Help maintain strong internal organisation and delivery standards
Who This Role is For
We’re looking for an experienced marketer who enjoys structured delivery, organisation, and client-facing responsibility.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have several years’ experience in social media or marketing roles
• Be comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Be organised and detail-oriented
• Be confident communicating with both clients and internal teams
• Understand how social media supports wider marketing objectives
Experience working with regulated or financial services organisations is beneficial but not essential.
