Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders; including but not limited to clients, colleagues, third party suppliers and providers;

• Implementing agreed concepts and visual imagery, ensuring the Group’s branding is consistent and cohesive throughout;

• Sourcing cost effective advertising opportunities, whether in traditional mainstream media or social media, to positively promote the organisation using thought leadership articles and profile raising activities;

• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and marketing collateral that attracts and converts our target groups;

• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and webinars;

• Writing and proofreading copy;

• Liaising with agencies including designers and printers;

• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;

• Maintaining and updating internal CRM database;

• Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;

• Sourcing appropriate sponsorship opportunities for the Group to support which enhances and supports the Groups vision and values;

• Conducting market research, for example using client surveys;

• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

• Evaluating marketing campaigns; producing data driven reports;

• Liaising with other internal departments and key stakeholders;

• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data;

• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases;

• Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts and measuring return on investment;

• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns; and

• Managing junior members of the team assisting with their development and performance reviews.

Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally gained within the Finance industry; and

• Achieved or working towards a professional Marketing qualification e.g. CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing.

Part Time Office Manager – Jersey Office

Key Responsibilities The Office Manager would be responsible for (but not limited to):

 Logistics & Supplies (5 hours a week) - Snack, fruit, and milk deliveries – manage recurring orders and vendor communications. - Coffee machine upkeep – cleaning, bean orders, service scheduling. - Quooker tap – maintenance and troubleshooting. - Plant management – managing vendor relationship/invoices/support. - Office shipments – any deliveries that come to the office/clearing customs payments/out of hours deliveries. - DHL coordination of shipments – scheduling shipments, contacting couriers and paying invoices. - General supply management – stationary, proactive ordering and vendor relationships.

 Culture & Experience (5 hours a week) - Social event planning – end-to-end ownership of internal events and celebrations (monthly -socials, big events (Summer/Christmas), D&EI events, company celebrations, employee celebrations). - Gifting & benefits – sourcing, procurement, and timely delivery. Working with vendors for gift packages for employees. - Cultural office atmosphere – Legend branded items, welcome screens, RAOK, Friday meetings, lunches, Friday drinks, music/Sonos. - Welcoming guests & staff – first impressions, office tour, and visitor/candidate experience. - Office lunches - weekly planning, arranging, facilitating and managing payment. - Christmas activities – tree ordering, office decorations, secret Santa, socials, atmosphere.

 New Starter Experience ( 1 hour a week ) - Onboarding logistics – liaising with IT, ordering fobs/ welcome gifts, and welcome screen setup, tour on first day. - Coordination with people team/IT – ensuring consistency in new hire experiences. - Support and queries management - point of call, who to contact for what, travel management, expenses etc. - Access passes: ordering and maintaining (deactivating leavers, setting up new starters, stock take)

 Compliance & Safety ( 1 hour a week – dependant ) - Fire Marshall & First Aid coverage – management and training, first point of call in an emergency, ensuring team members hold valid training certs, vendor relationships (fire blankets, fire curtains, leak detection, fire extinguishers, first aid box up to date). - Health & Safety protocols – risk assessments, signage, and audits. - Office insurance – working with Legal for policy tracking and renewals. - Security maintenance – broken gate/fobs, garage access, CCTV maintenance and checks.

 Maintenance & Operations ( 5 hours a week ) - Anything relating to facility management: Cleaners (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, social event cleaning), A/C, electricians, furniture, building suppliers.

- Printer maintenance - services, issues, updates, ink and paper orders. - Routine checks & reports – cleanliness, safety, functionality. - Vendor liaison – quotes, repairs, scheduling. - Toilet maintenance and cleanliness upkeep

 Office Branding ( project dependant ) - Rebrand or makeover items – supporting design updates, coordinating with local vendors/UK Ops team, measurements, out of hours deliveries.

 Visitors ( dependant ) - Travel booking - (hotels, taxis, lunches), managing vendor relationships - discounted rates. - Visitor passes - Desk set up - availability, accessibility, WiFi etc
