The purpose of this role is to provide advice on employment matters. This advice can be extremely delicate and requires a high degree of empathy.
You will be implementing plans for the work area to ensure effective day to day operation, reviewing and monitoring service objectives and standards.
The ideal candidate will be educated to A level/ Level 3 NVQ or equivalent, have an understanding of employment legislation and have experience working independently and resolving unforeseen issues and challenges.
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a operational HR role and be in possession of a CIPD qualification would be desirable, however not essential.
