Job Description

Our client is looking for a part-time Administration Assistant for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be required to work 25 hours per week but could be flexible if you wanted to work slightly less. 

You will have a background in administration and experience conducting an array of office tasks. You will also be competent with the Office suite of software and quick to learn new systems.

This role will be mainly supporting the operations officer. You will be working through a backlog of administration, carrying out finance work (payments, reconciliations, expenses etc). You will also be involved with helping out on the volunteers programme, ensuring all paperwork such as visas and vaccinations are processed ahead of the trips.
