Our Clients' law firm is seeking a Tech Learning Advisor to join their Change Team and support the growth and delivery of their technology learning program.
In this role you will work with project teams and product owners to create, maintain, and promote tech-focused learning. You'll will be responsible for supporting the Technology Training Manager, managing and delivering key tech training sessions, providing feedback to project teams, and coaching other subject matter experts.
The role will also involve creating and delivering relevant and engaging training material, staying updated with industry-leading learning tools, staying up-to-date with the global change program, identifying new starters, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
You should have a strong interest in tech, a client service/client-centric mindset, excellent communication and influencing skills, confidence in delivering to larger groups and 1-1 sessions, clear tech benefits in non-technical terms, an entrepreneurial approach to learning, initiative, and collaboration skills, and be an MS365 user. The candidate will also be expected to be highly organised and able to organize others.
