Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering top-tier technical support both locally and globally. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving issues, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in user-facing desk-side support, along with hands-on experience using IT ServiceDesk solutions (preferably Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus). Proficiency with Citrix CVAD 7+ or similar technologies like VMware Horizon is also highly desirable.
