Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in user-facing desk-side support, along with hands-on experience using IT ServiceDesk solutions (preferably Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus). Proficiency with Citrix CVAD 7+ or similar technologies like VMware Horizon is also highly desirable.
