Your role Our Facilities team at Saltgate are responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office, providing a high level of service to our clients, and maintaining a safe working environment for our colleagues. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide the first response to all clients and visitors in our Jersey office. The role requires a high level of presentation and communication skills and therefore is ideally suited to someone with a mature attitude and excellent front of house skills. Your focus
o Act as the front of house for all clients and visitors enquires
o Manage Saltgate’s switchboard for our three jurisdictions
o Preparing meeting and conferencing facilities in order to effectively promote the Saltgate brand and respond to external and internal client requirements
o Complete administration duties as required and within set timescales
o Provide assistance with travel bookings for staff, clients and visitors
o Provide cover for the Facilities admin role in times of need
o Assist the Facilities team with health & safety requirements. Monitor staff certification and organise training course bookings for staff where necessary
Your experience
o Experience of managing guests and co-ordinating multiple boardrooms
o Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
o Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
o Strong IT skills, in particular use of Outlook
o Proven ability to manage and organise multiple demanding tasks to a high degree of accuracy

This includes attending and completing all mandatory information security and data protection training and complying with all applicable policies and procedures. Any questions or issues should be escalated in a timely manner to designated individuals, or if in doubt, consultation should take place with the relevant line manager.
