New Relationship Manager role!
The role forms part of the Business Development team and will focus on building and maintaining relationships with members. The role demands an individual with strong administrative, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to identify business challenges their members may face. The post holder will be required to communicate with all areas of the team, collating data and feedback in order to provide information which can help inform the strategy and business objectives.
- The post holder should demonstrate a highly energised attitude with the ability to communicate with members at all levels of seniority and the confidence to challenge the status quo where appropriate.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of the financial services industry, preferably working towards or having completed a professional qualification.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders within agreed timescales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and accurately in both written and verbal forms. Presentation skills are essential.
