Our client is looking for a Senior Trust Manager to join their team.
You will have the duty to be a role model for all of the staff across the business. Know how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegate your day-to-day tasks to your team will be one of your main focuses as an integral leader.
Strong communication skills are also a must, to help deliver the highest level of client service to reflect on the Group culture. Another tick to your box would consist of building strong relationships across the wider business, helping to ensure the company is compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.
