We are recruiting for a Senior Manager within Client Platforms who will require substantial experience from within the Financial Services sector.
You will be a self-driven and accomplished leader who has proven experience in partnering across all levels of an organisation to transform and drive IT strategy and influence business transformation and change.
You will be responsible for the overall Enterprise Business Application lifecycle management, strategy, and Knowledge and experience of end-to-end delivery of Technology Solutions and Application products.
This individual will work closely with the Leadership team, system and business process owners, third-party vendors, and the rest of the organization to evaluate, deploy and integrate new and current systems and services.
A key element of the role will be responsibility for ensuring best-in-class data and infrastructure security protocols and work closely with other departments to ensure good data governance, management reporting and compliance.
A strong understanding of application support and development in Customer Relationship Management (CRM Dynamics 365, Salesforce), Integration Services, APIs, customer facing portals and Ecommerce is essential.
You should have demonstrable experience in a similar role and have Substantial experience in data management and governance practices and tools, a Good understanding of data protection legislation and implications for the business and solutions.
