We have a new opportunity at the Government of Jersey (GoJ) to analyse and evaluate (Commercial) business processes in order to document requirements and user needs to enable enhancements and modernisation to be delivered across the organisiation.

You will ensure that procedures and processes are; reviewed, simplified, standardised, documented and communicated so that there is one consistent commercial way of working across GoJ.

Knowledge of process mapping and improvement methodologies are required, demonstrating ways of improving processes that make it easy for end users to comply with. 

You will be experienced in process analysis and development and be comfortable working in a matrix environment in a Group undergoing a major business transformation. 

Good knowledge of Excel and process mapping tools is required. 

This role is a link grade of 7 and 8. Appointees who meet the essential skills, experience and requirements of this role would be a grade 8. Appointees that demonstrate some but not all the essential skills, experience and requirements would be considered at a grade 7 and given development opportunities to reach the higher grade
