Our client is seeking a Administrator Level 2 to join their Real Estate Corporate team.
You will deliver a first class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include assisting more senior members of staff with their client portfolio, maintaining schedule of payments for clients, email correspondence, billing and drafting minutes for meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and be studying or willing to study towards a professional qualification such as ICSA Diploma. A minimum of 2 years industry experience. Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
