Our client is seeking a Client Documentation Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience relating to on boarding of HNW clients, personal and corporate documentation knowledge, AML trained and a broad understanding of take on procedures. Organisation, communication, and numerical skills is a must.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be –
- Monitoring the Team mailbox throughout the day, responding to queries or distribute to the relevant person.
- Review documentation received for the migration project. Liaise with administrators to obtain the correct documentation to proceed with opening an internal and external custody mandate
- New account opening requests – Review documentation received and liaise with administrators to obtain the correct documentation
- To provide adhoc support as required
