Job Description
To review the mortgage lenders and Life Assurance products available, some of which offer exclusive products to brokers in order to determine which will offer the most attractive options suited to the particular requirements of the client along with assisting in promoting and selling products and services to current and prospective customers.
You will have the ability to adhere to all underwriting guidelines, internal policies and external legislation, proven ability to maintain an excellent knowledge of mortgage and Life products, underwriting and affordability requirements & an awareness of industry rules and regulations.
The successful candidate will hold a Mortgage qualification, e.g. CeMAP or a Life Insurance qualification, e.g. DipFA
Our client would also consider taking on a trainee with previous experience of working in an office or sales environment, minimum C grade in GCSE English & Maths and a willingness to undertake relevant and necessary qualifications.
