Job Description
Our Client is looking for a HR Administrator to support their busy team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Administration of all staffing movement including preparation of employment contracts, probation management, completing reference requests
- Administrative tasks associated with referencing, recruitment and selection and routine enquiries related to HR
- Processing of data to facilitate payment of invoices and expenses
- Providing reports, data and analysis as required
- Ongoing maintenance of HR database, ensuring all data is entered accurately
- Following all payroll procedures, support with payment checking as required
- Involvement in the administration of student schemes
You must have the ability to effectively and confidently multi-task, and demonstrate great client service skills, be capable of working alone with initiative and be goal orientated, and as part of a team to achieve team objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and be keen in studying towards a relevant qualification.
