Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of People and Education, who will be a technical expert in all People and HR activities to join their team. 

Working for one of Jersey's leading charities your focus will be to provide support and guidance to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams and all of the charities' employees. 

This is a busy role and the main accountabilities of this role will include supporting the Director of People in the following areas: 

• Strategic Priorities and Objectives 
• MI, Risk Reporting and Budgets 
• Employee Wellbeing and Resilience 
• Operational 
• Line and Team Management 

The successful applicant will be CIPD Qualified with relevant experience within HR at a senior level, substantial line management experience and an understanding of education, training and development. Previous experience within a charity or non-profit organisation is desirable but not essential.
