Job Description

Our client is looking for an individual to join their Internal Finance team.

As a Trainee or Administrator in this team, you will support and assist with internal and external queries. 

Duties will include:

  • Managing business invoices including liaising with suppliers and the business
  • Coordinating staff expenses
  • Arranging monthly payments for staff expenses, business expenses as well as ad hoc payments
  • Reconciling movements on internal bank accounts
  • Organising internal trackers
  • Tracking and managing client disbursements
  • Bookkeeping of internal bank accounts
  • Assisting with projects including upgrading of systems used and improving processes

The successful candidate will be educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent, with good academic grades in English and Maths.

The ideal candidate will be studying towards a relevant qualification or interested in doing so.
