Our client is looking for an individual to join their Internal Finance team.
As a Trainee or Administrator in this team, you will support and assist with internal and external queries.
Duties will include:
- Managing business invoices including liaising with suppliers and the business
- Coordinating staff expenses
- Arranging monthly payments for staff expenses, business expenses as well as ad hoc payments
- Reconciling movements on internal bank accounts
- Organising internal trackers
- Tracking and managing client disbursements
- Bookkeeping of internal bank accounts
- Assisting with projects including upgrading of systems used and improving processes
The successful candidate will be educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent, with good academic grades in English and Maths.
The ideal candidate will be studying towards a relevant qualification or interested in doing so.
