Job Description

The Operations Assistant - Central Support - will work on a range of matters providing administration services to support the smooth running of the business in day-to-day activities. 

This will be a varied role supporting the Executive Director and Operations Team with duties including (but not limited to): 

  • Responding to emails and telephone queries (screening calls) 
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries and recording expenses 
  • Diary and inbox management 
  • Reviewing action point trackers, noting upcoming deadlines 
  • Updating annual leave and KYC details for the Executive Directors 
  • Supporting the progression of several key projects, which may be specific to Jersey or will have a Group focus

To work in this role, you must be educated to at least 'A' Level standard or equivalent, be able to confidently deal with routine emails, enquiries and phone calls and have strong time management.
