They are seeking someone to work within the Funds Team to provide administrative support for a range of fund structures on a daily basis.
Principal accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and administering bank accounts and arranging transactions as required
- Liaising with various parties, including investment advisers/investment managers, custodians and other parties and financial institutions on a daily basis
- Providing administrative support to other team members
- Recording all time on the company's time recording system and ensure narrative is clear and sufficiently detailed
- Having direct client contact at an appropriate level
