Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide support on a range of tasks, assisting with specific projects and research.
The range of tasks can be varied and will therefore require some understanding of office/work routines such as compiling agendas, preparing papers and minutes for meetings, diary management, processing of invoices for payments, providing monthly finance updates for budgeting/ forecasting, and producing written documents and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of relevant health and safety policies and procedures, have previous experience working in a similar role and be able to plan and organise own workload.
