Our Client has a new opportunity for a Corporate Officer to be a vital player in their Funds team, creating value and making a difference to their fast-paced organisation.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Administering a variety of corporate vehicles including partnerships, companies and unit trusts which hold real estate assets
• Attending board meetings and preparing board packs and minutes
• Managing of transactions (which could include property purchases, sales, re-financing)
• Reviewing payments
• Supervising of junior team members 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and have an eagerness to learn and grow and a passion to make a difference.

Previous relevant experience in a similar role is essential, you will also have excellent knowledge of the Finance industry in Jersey and preferably have a ICSA qualification or other relevant qualifications.
