Do you have a strong HR background and a good understanding of the Financial Services industry?
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Partner with an excellent track record of delivering outcomes and influencing senior stakeholders.
Acting as the Deputy to the Executive Director of People and Culture, you will lead a team of 3 HR Administrators, providing coaching and support to the other Business Partners.
You will work collaboratively with other departments to help shape and deploy the new People Strategy, lead the delivery of HR projects and own some of the people related responsibilities.
