Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our client on an initial 6 month basis. 

The purpose of this role is to provide a first class service to all members of the public and key associated professionals, your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Administration and support of activities ensuring that all work undertaken complies with the departments SLA's 
  • Appraising, advising and giving guidance to customers on a range of complex and sensitive issues 
  • Updating internal systems and data (including making changes to customer records) 
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities to improve the services 
  • Producing and reviewing standardised and statistical reports to identify obvious trends and errors

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, have great attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately as well as being able to understand the real, underlying needs of the customer.
