Our Client is looking for a Manager to join their Payments team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will be leading a team which has institutional accountability for all matters related to Client/Investor related payments within the wider Operations function.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective levels of delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring all payments are processed on time, acting as the subject matter expert / go to person for client payments both internally and externally, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and changes to the global payments environment, ensuring that standards and procedures are kept updated and complied with fully at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised relevant qualification i.e. (IOC), at least 5 years experience in a banking/financial services environment with good knowledge of payment spheres such as SWIFT payment messages, BACs, CHAPs & international payments, fraud management knowledge within the finance and experience of leading, managing, developing and coaching others.
