Our client is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager   

We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive change and enhance efficiency within our client's organisation.  In this pivotal hybrid role, you'll facilitate operational improvements, implement new digital platforms, and lead process enhancement initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Drive operational change across core platforms and support new digital tools.  
- Map processes, identify improvements, and provide training on updated procedures.  
- Manage support desk tickets and ensure smooth issue resolution.  
- Document and report on processes for management and boards.  

What You Bring:

- 5+ years in a similar Finance role with a focus on system & process improvement.  
- Proven experience in successful project management using agile and waterfall methodologies.  
- Strong IT and data analytics skills, particularly in Excel and PowerBI.  
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for all audiences.  
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with a proactive mindset.
