An Assistant Manager position is available in our clients' growing Governance Services team in Jersey.
The role involves providing high-quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, focusing on client service. The Assistant Manager will assist in developing a team of proficient administrators, providing technical support and training.
The role involves managing client relationships and transactions, acting as a role model, and ensuring client expectations are met. The Assistant Manager will also manage day-to-day team activities, ensuring timely processing of work and meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines. Consistent high-quality service levels will be adhered to across the portfolio, and the Assistant Manager will be familiar with the firm's policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure accurate client due diligence, up-to-date client reviews, and compliance with regulatory changes and industry standards.
