Job Description
The Periodic Review Unit Manager is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team and ensure business monitoring and proper assessment of AML/CFT risks.
Key responsibilities include performing the periodic review process, reviewing client files, liaising with the business to advise on information requirements, facilitating the management of action points, providing support and guidance to business lines, and providing guidance to senior management.
Skills required include at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services Sector, industry-recognized fiduciary, compliance, KYC, or risk qualification, excellent knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, strong commercial understanding of service offerings, ability to make decisions and use initiative within regulatory requirements, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, self-motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, analytical and organizational skills, and excellent IT skills.
