Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate and Fund Accountant to join their growing team. In this role, you will prepare and review financial statements and management accounts for a varied portfolio of corporate entities and investment funds. You’ll work closely with auditors, support junior staff, and ensure all reporting complies with FRS 102, IFRS, and relevant regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for corporate entities and funds (FRS 102 / IFRS).

• Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts.

• Review work from junior accountants and maintain strong internal controls.

• Act as lead contact for external auditors and support audit completion.

• Reconcile investment valuations, bank statements, and third-party reports.

• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete bookkeeping records.

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience.

• Strong understanding of fund and corporate structures.

• Knowledge of VAT, UK and Jersey tax for companies and trusts.

• Skilled in bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, and handling third-party valuations.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and support junior team members.
