Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Fund and Corporate Client Accounting function across multiple jurisdictions. This pivotal role will translate business strategy into operational plans, standardise processes, enhance accounting systems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting to clients. You will act as a technical expert, shape accounting policy, and develop high-performing teams across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Fund and Corporate Client Accounting function in partnership with the Head of Client Accounting.
• Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Drive consistent, efficient, and scalable accounting processes across jurisdictions.
• Oversee the implementation and development of Allvue (or similar) to meet evolving client reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership, training, and technical expertise to accounting teams.
• Influence policy development and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the Group.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ICAEW) with significant senior-level experience.
• At least 8 years’ post-qualification experience within a multi-disciplinary fiduciary services provider.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across jurisdictions.
• Deep knowledge of accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Allvue or similar fund accounting software, with the ability to enhance system functionality.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, strategic, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
