Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Client Director to join our Jersey Fund Services leadership team on a 6-month contract. This senior role oversees a portfolio of regulated and unregulated fund clients, leads a high-performing administration team, and contributes to the strategic and commercial growth of the Service Line.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact, delivering exceptional service and overseeing key client deliverables.
• Serve as a director on client boards and support new business on-boarding.
• Lead, develop, and motivate administration teams, driving a positive performance culture.
• Manage financial performance, including billing, utilisation, and revenue targets.
• Support business development through cross-selling, networking, and thought leadership.
• Ensure operational excellence, risk management, and compliance with company standards.

Key Skills

• 10+ years’ experience in fiduciary or financial services, including at least 5 years in senior management.
• Professional qualification (ICSA, Accountancy, Legal, Chartered Surveyor, or similar).
• Strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and proven board-level experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
