Our client is seeking a Client Director to join our Executive Compensation Services team in Jersey. This senior leadership role involves managing a portfolio of employee incentive clients, overseeing complex executive compensation structures, and acting as Director or Alternate Director on client boards.
The successful candidate will mentor team members, ensure compliance and quality standards, and contribute to strategy and growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of share plans and employee incentives.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
