Purpose of the Job

Reports to: Fund & Corporate Services Director Role Summary

To provide client accounting and reporting to a wide range of corporate and funds clients within the Dominion Fund & Corporate service line. This will include a wide range of asset classes and SPV accounting and transactional work.

Key Responsibilities

 Be responsible for the day-to-day Fund & Corporate Accounting duties;

 Preparation and review monthly and quarterly management accounts and annual statutory accounts, in accordance with IFRS and UK GAAP;

 Attend Board Meetings to present quarterly/annual financial statements;  Responsible for meeting all M&A and LPA client deadlines;

 Prepare and/or review monthly valuations, reconciliations of fund drawdowns and distributions;

 Prepare and/or review Fund investor capital statements as required;
