Trainee Fund Administrator Job description
Job Purpose:
To support Senior Fund Administrator in administration of various fund structures.
Principle Accountabilities:
• Processing payments across various banking systems
• Handling of investment transaction documents
• Assisting with KYC and due diligence requests
• Assisting with due diligence on new and existing investors along with other Compliance related matters
• Assisting with preparing materials for board meetings
• Dealing with a varied range of client queries
• Maintenance of client records
• Execution and collation of documents such as NDAs, Bid Letters, Engagement Letters and Comfort Letters through DocuSign
• To ensure that timesheets are completed on a daily basis
• To apply internal risk management procedures
• Always strive for excellent client service and delivery
• Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned
Skills, knowledge & Attributes:
• Strong academic qualifications A-Levels, grade C and above, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, motivation to study towards professional qualification.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
• Good administrative skills and numeracy skills are required

• Flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures and react calmly to changing demands
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
