JOB SUMMARY This is a varied and hands-on role within Oak’s Commercial team, which encompasses the Group’s marketing, communications, business development, and broader commercial activity. As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of high-quality campaigns, content, events, and internal communications that contribute to our growth and client engagement goals. Working closely with colleagues across jurisdiction, as well as external partners, you will help ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our evolving brand. In addition to core marketing responsibilities, you will coordinate Oak’s Group-wide CSR programme and assist in the delivery of ESG-related campaigns—reflecting our commitment to responsible business and positive impact. This role also requires digital fluency and a strong grasp of AI tools and platforms that support marketing and communications efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaigns, Content & Communications
• Co-ordinate and deliver marketing and business development campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Draft, edit, and manage content (news releases, articles, newsletters, award submissions, case studies, and collateral) including segmentation, delivery, and performance tracking
• Maintain, develop and update the Oak and Opera website and social media channels • Ensure materials follow brand guidelines and messaging frameworks

• Assist in maintaining a continuous feedback loop to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign
execution
Business Development & Intermediary Engagement • Assist with the preparation of credentials and pitch materials, including coordination of RFP
submissions • Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools, and contribute to pipeline reporting • Support intermediary engagement by maintaining contact lists, preparing updates, and providing
high-quality collateral. • Track engagement metrics, and ensure follow-up actions are coordinated • Help ensure marketing and BD activities support client acquisition and retention goals
Events, CSR & Brand Visibility
• Support the planning and delivery of events, sponsorships, and conferences across jurisdictions. • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets • Maintain Oak’s presence with industry associations and external visibility opportunities. Manage
the BD calendar and event tracker. • Coordinate and report on the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme and
support the delivery of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) campaigns and content.
Digital, Tools & Innovation • Suggest and implement improvements to digital processes and platforms. • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and trends • Use AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to support marketing efficiency
Internal Engagement & Collaboration
• Assist in the delivery of internal campaigns in collaboration with the People & Culture team • Create and publish internal news, announcements, and SharePoint content • Support the rollout and training of marketing and BD tools and templates across the group
General Support & Administration
• Work with external agencies to deliver marketing outputs, maintaining relationships with media and industry bodies.
• Support the tracking of marketing budgets and expenses • Provide essential support to the delivery of the group’s Commercial strategy and OKRs. • Complete other duties as required, in line with the role, team, and evolving function • Uphold Opera’s vision and values in all aspects of work • Completing and inputting time in the time billing system on a daily basis.

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS • A minimum of grade B for English Language at GCSE (or equivalent). • A recognised Marketing qualification, preferably at Undergraduate degree level and be committed to
continuing to study to ensure continuous development. • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Finance sector. • Good IT skills, including practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. • An enquiring mind, being able to question, research, apply and share learning. • Proficiency and comfort with technology and ability to adapt to various bespoke systems and IT
platforms. • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. • An understanding of the importance of consistently delivering high standards in a customer service
role. • A flexible attitude to working hours and team needs. • Ability to travel to other jurisdictions for learning and development and marketing experiences, as and
when required. • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A proactive approach to work & the ability to work under own initiative.
