Your role
As part of our Office and Facilities team, you will have oversight for day to day and future planning of the leadership team activities.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for providing Executive Assistant support primarily to the CEO and the extended C-Suite. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with event planning and initiatives.
Your focus
- Calendar & appointment management for the CEO, both short and long term
- Manage C-Suite travel, and expense claims
- Assist with planning and coordination of Saltgate events across all entities whilst providing an extended focus on ESG activities
- Oversee processing of data contacts and meeting monitoring within Saltgate network
- Management of Facilities Administrator and Front of House employees
- Forward thinking approach to improving office facilities including possible travel to other Saltgate offices each quarter
Your experience
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior team
- Highly accountable
- Excellent communication skills
- Impressive organisation skills and attention to detail
- Able to manager complex matters
- Resourceful and discreet
- Has resilience and adaptability to last minute changes
All individuals are assigned responsibility for assisting in the overall information security and data protection environment. This includes attending and completing all mandatory information security and data protection training and complying with all applicable policies and procedures.
Any questions or issues should be escalated in a timely manner to designated individuals, or if in doubt, consultation should take place with the relevant line manager.
