As a Assistant Compliance Manager,Fund Solutions , you will act as the MLRO and MLCO for "Schedule 2" scope entities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clients comply within laws, regulations and regulatory guidance. You will collaborate with the Risk and Compliance Director to maintain and implement AML/CTF/CPF policies etc. As Assistant Compliance Manager, you will support client boards as appropriate, act as point of escalation and promote compliance objectives to the company.

The right candidate will have proven excellent interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate effective communication, hold a relevant compliance-related qualification and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Jersey regulatory environment.
