This position involves daily administration of fund structures under the supervision of a Client Relationship Manager. Including duties such as managing company secretarial matters, maintaining investor records, preparing payment instructions, coordinating routine fund operations, ensuring regulatory and statutory fillings are made, and assisting with accounts distribution and filing. It also involves induction, integration, and training of trainee staff.

The ideal candidate must have a relevant professional qualification or be willing to study, financial services experience, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
