Do you have have a couple of years admin experience within Trust/Funds/Compliance/Operations and looking for an alternative career, then this could be the role for you.

Our client offers global payments, currency risk management and automation solutions to their client base.  They are looking for an Account Executive within their Sales and Operations Department.

Reporting to the Board of Directors and Regional Sales Manager, the Account Executive role is varied and will be responsible for assisting the team in their day to day duties. This may involve but not limited to; assisting with accounts payable, assisting with onboarding new clients, being the primary contact for some client relationships and assisting with wider client work and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work alongside other sales personnel to generate, motivate and support sales team efforts, and ensure that the customer experience is a best in class.
  • Work alongside back office staff to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues of concern.
  • Work with Sales Support staff for the client on-boarding process.
  • Work with the team on client work including queries, periodic reviews and project work.
  • Absolute adherence to company compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • To assist the Sales Manager in his/her task of improving process and efficiencies and to individually pursue work assignments dedicated to such objectives.
  • Maintain proper regulatory certifications for all products offered
