The Enforcement team investigates and, where appropriate, recommends and acts against firms and individuals that do not comply with Jersey’s regulatory framework.

The person in this role will also support internal stakeholders as well as external agencies to develop and interpret policies related to the laws and regulatory framework in Jersey.

This role would suit a candidate who has:

• A comprehensive understanding of the Jersey regulatory requirements
• Recent experience working in regulatory investigations or experience working with the best practice principles of investigation and decision-making
• A focussed, disciplined, and analytical approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, especially with respect to report writing
• Self-motivated with a high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• A legal background and experience in law is desirable
