Job Description

Our client, an independent Jersey-based provider of Fund administration and Corporate services is looking for a trainee to assist their Corporate team.

The candidate will provide administrative support across various aspects of client company management. You'll liaise with clients and intermediaries, handle due diligence, prepare board meeting materials, and assist with company secretarial tasks. Additionally, you'll help with company incorporations and dissolutions, support purchase/sale/lending transactions, and ensure loan facility compliance. The role also involves day-to-day tasks like preparing monthly financial distributions, processing online payments, and handling general office duties like answering phones and preparing documents.

Ideally, the candidate would be interested in pursuing a relevant professional qualification
