Job Description
The key responsibilities include fulfilling the roles of CO, MLCO, and MLRO for Jersey regulated clients, maintaining their policy and process framework, conducting compliance monitoring plans, reviewing and approving customer due diligence, contributing to the on-boarding process for the Funds business, providing expertise in client risks, conducting periodic reviews, and providing advice and support in regulatory matters.
Other requirements include effective contribution to risk and compliance management, collaboration with client teams, governance, compliance with internal policies, group projects, and maintaining CPD.
The required skills include 7+ years of experience, understanding of local funds and co. legislation, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
