The Fund Administrator position is an opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to a dedicated team.
The Administrator will work on administration, management, and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds, such as Limited Partnerships, Fund Company's, and SPVs.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, maintaining investor details, creating and maintaining records, and participating in the creation and maintenance of investor registers. The Administrator will also assist with the take-on and set-up of new clients, coordinating initial secretarial and regulatory needs, and creating new SPVs, Limited Partnerships, and Trusts. The Administrator may be requested to perform ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the Management Team.
The ideal candidate should be educated to at least 'A' level standard, have demonstrable real estate or private equity/trust experience, and have company secretarial knowledge.
