A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing corporate services team. This full-time role is ideal for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients and directors, overseeing administration and company secretarial matters for a range of corporate structures.
- Liaise with legal and professional advisers to ensure timely completion of client-driven transactions.
- Manage the preparation and production of client deliverables and reports.
- Coordinate board meetings and maintain director diaries.
- Oversee AML reviews and investor KYC procedures.
- Supervise and train junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in a financial services environment.
- Professional qualification in ICSA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal frameworks, and corporate tax.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead with confidence.
