This position involves daily administration of private equity fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.
Key responsibilities include administering funds and management companies, and liaising with clients and intermediaries. The candidate will also assist with company secretarial matters, maintain accurate investor records, prepare payment instructions, process routine fund operations, ensure timely regulatory and statutory fillings, manage accounts distribution and filing process, and support in the training of junior staff.
The candidate should be studying towards a relevant professional qualification, have financial services experience, computer literacy, and good interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
In-house training for technical knowledge and professional qualifications is provided.
