This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of entities, assist with key administrative tasks, and collaborate with a range of clients and professionals. Under the supervision of a senior team member, you'll be involved in preparing important documentation, liaising with third parties, processing payments, and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and client service. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting Trainee Administrators, helping to drive efficiency, process improvements, and innovation across the team. As part of your role, you'll also undertake any project work as required, tackling initiatives designated by your direct Manager. You should have 2+ years' relevant experience in the finance industry, with strong academic credentials and ideally working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA. A good understanding of Jersey structures and applicable statutory laws, including anti-money laundering regulations, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and, preferably, Viewpoint, along with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills will ensure your success.
