Are you a qualified accountant with a knack for turning numbers into insights? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Manager to join a busy accounts team supporting three trading companies across Jersey and Guernsey.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver accurate monthly management accounts, oversee key reconciliations, manage revenue recognition, and ensure smooth financial operations. You’ll also get involved in budgeting, payroll, reporting, and helping keep everything ticking across a dynamic finance team.

This role suits someone with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (or exceptional experience in a similar role), strong Excel skills, and ideally a background in commercial accounting. If you’ve used systems like Navision and have experience with Channel Islands payroll, even better!
