Senior Support – Sanctions Specialist

Join our dynamic, tech-enabled Compliance Team, where you’ll play a critical role in sanctions compliance and financial crime monitoring across our Channel Islands operations. You’ll support sanctions screening, monitoring, and advisory work, helping the firm meet regulatory obligations under Guernsey and Jersey AML regulations. Your work will include report preparation, policy development, regulatory data management, and the opportunity to help drive compliance transformation projects.

For this role you will need a Strong understanding of AML/CFT/CPF frameworks, with a focus on sanctions, 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or financial crime, relevant qualification (e.g. ICA, ACAMS, Audit or Legal certifications preferred)
