Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their team.
This varied role includes tenant liaison, including screening potential tenants, preparing and reviewing leases, managing tenancy transitions, and conducting inspections at the start and end of each tenancy. You’ll also oversee property maintenance, coordinate inspections, invite and assess repair tenders, manage contractor relationships, and ensure communal areas are clean and well-maintained. The role involves supporting financial processes such as budgeting and service charge preparation, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering monthly portfolio reports directly to the Managing Director. Regular travel to Guernsey and collaboration with the local office is required. A Jersey driving licence and local qualifications are essential.
