Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic Operational Excellence and Change team. This team plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic transformation through the Project Management Office (PMO), driving operational continuous improvement, and reporting on organisational performance to senior stakeholders and the Board.

As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure shared understanding, commitment, and accountability.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues early to minimise impact on delivery.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication to build trust and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future project delivery.
- Support wider change initiatives beyond core project work when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean practices and embedding sustainable ways of working.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to technology change.
Experience in data migration and/or new case management system launches (highly advantageous).
