This is an exciting Contract opportunity for a motivated individual to support the reform of the company’s industry fees framework—ensuring it is clear, fair, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

As Associate, Policy – Competitiveness and Reform, you will:

• Support the Senior Adviser – Competitiveness and Reform in delivering the fees reform project.
• Analyse data extracted from internal systems to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Create clear reports and visuals (charts, diagrams, graphs) to present complex information effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to understand operational activities and associated charges.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in analysing and interpreting data from large databases. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver high-profile work. Excellent teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate credibly with colleagues across the organisation. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and respond to challenges. Exceptional written English, with proven drafting skills for official documents and communications.
