Our client is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Corporate to join their team.

In this role, you will oversee and manage corporate client structures throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all records and compliance requirements are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with Client Directors, handle client communications, support decision-making forums, liaise with third-party providers, and mentor junior colleagues. This role also involves monitoring regulatory filings, spotting business opportunities, contributing to projects, and maintaining strong awareness of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements, all while keeping up-to-date technical knowledge of trusts, structured finance, and other asset classes. Preferred qualifications include STEP, ICSA, Accountancy, or Legal.
