Our client is seeking an Administrator/Senior Administrator – Real Estate Services to join their team.

You will manage a portfolio of companies, handle corporate administration tasks including minutes, resolutions, statutory filings, and payments, and support clients and team members. The role also involves supervising and training junior administrators while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client service. Candidates should have 1+ years’ relevant Real Estate experience, a strong academic background (preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent), and ideally be working towards or hold a professional qualification such as ICSA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Viewpoint are advantageous. A good understanding of statutory laws, regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering, and experience with Jersey and Guernsey structures is essential. The ideal candidate is client-focused, highly organised, attentive to detail, able to work independently, and committed to achieving excellence for themselves, their clients, and their team.
